The Girl From the Locks

Another work for hire project, this time a black and white comic that I did the pencils, inks and tones for. It was low budget and with a tight deadline so there was a rush to get it completed. For the cover I again kept it simple per the budget but tried to make it eye-catching.

I also did lettering for the comic but I've opted not to include it here. You can see samples of my lettering work under the Sprawl portfolio.

The whole project, minus time waiting on approvals from the client, took about 4 days.

I had recently purchased Clip Studio Paint as an alternative to Photoshop and used this project to teach myself the program, using it exclusively for everything to do with the pages. I used Photoshop for the cover.
